Project Description

Works comprised a major Primary School Games Hall and Nursery facility on a tight site with piled foundations; steel frame; facing brick/block and aluminium curtain wall/rainscreen external envelope and profiled metal sheet roofing.

Internal works comprised metal stud partitions, MF and grid/tile suspended ceilings; Venesta cubicles/IPS/vanity units; hydraulic changing bench; kitchen fitments; ceramic tiling; linoleum/vinyl/carpet flooring. Services included full new build and existing building services renewal new sanitary ware; Zip taps; new extract fans, ductwork, louvres, controls and fire dampers; luminaires and lighting controls; gas fired heating with air source and PV panels renewables support and data/security/fire alarms.
