Project Description

A comprehensive energy efficiency and carbon emissions improvement programme including new aluminium thermal break windows and screens, new insulating suspended ceilings and a full new heating system with radiant ceiling panels, programmable thermostats and temperature sensor controls.

Electrical upgrade comprised new distribution boards, containment, PIR controlled efficient LED lighting, small power and data, PA system, fire alarm and security systems. New (recycled content) aluminium venetian blinds were added to enhance the overall look and functionality of the building.

Police Scotland vetting clearance, building security and mitigation of unauthorised access requirements were meticulously observed.
