Supply Chain Sustainability School: People Matter Charter
The construction industry faces complex people challenges, both within the workforce and across the supply chain. These challenges include poor diversity practices, skill shortages, the need for new market entrants, and combating exploitation. The People Matter Charter was created to address these issues with a unified workforce strategy, featuring eight commitments applicable to any organisation. Ashwood Scotland is a proud signatory of this charter, continuing to collaborate with the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
