A British Council for Offices (BCO) Award winning office fit out. A hugely innovative showcase project with net zero sustainability at its heart and a fantastic Customer for whom sustainability and ecology is everything.

Our full reduce – reuse – recycle refurbishment of this former factory building included new MEP services and custom-built shopfitting joinery. Key features included a welcoming reception podium, visitor seating, flexible work and meeting spaces and adaptable boardroom with openable wall.

Works include reusing salvaged sports flooring (still with sports court markings!), recycled metalwork, radiators, carpet tiles, glass and soft fabrics. A rewarding green education and a massive learning experience.
