‘A’ listed building heritage works comprising plain stones, rybats, string courses, hoods, quoins, parapet copes, plinths and finials indent repairs and replacements; steam, biocide and poultice cleaning; scaffolding; slate, lead and joiner repairs; floodlighting; feature uplighting specialist blacksmith works; decoration and bird protection. 

Traditional skill conservation and restoration works; detailed surveying and scheduling; reaffirmation of orders to existing suppliers; procurement coordination; management of deliveries to and offloading at this very busy city centre site; disruption free materials distribution; building to meet an extremely fast track and critical end date programme.
