Programming the works to facilitate the undertaking of the heating system upgrade was achieved through liaison with the client, inclusive of decanting the residents in the existing rooms, into the new rooms.
“The management and site team were easy to communicate with and attentive through the project. No project ever runs smoothly, as the build was an existing building that was having refurbishment works to it, the Ashwood team highlighted potential issues early with the project team and the client that assisted in finding the right solution and maintain a good product.” – David Smart, Project Director Aitken Turnbull.
