Project Description
The landlord works preceding the prestigious tenant fit-out encompassed a comprehensive array of upgrades and alterations to the premises. These included the installation of floor screeding and new contractor designed raised floors to future proof the retail unit and enhance insulation. Alterations to the lift shafts and installation of new goods lift to improve accessibility and efficiency.
Additionally, a new feature metal staircases and glass balustrades were installed to modernise the building’s aesthetics while ensuring safety standards.
