Project Description

Works comprised complex scaffolding and pavement hoardings, slating, roof leadwork, extensive natural stone repairs; multiple carved indent repairs; lime mortar repointing; soft cleaning of the sensitive building fabric; feature external façade lighting; lightning protection; bird protection; overhauling and conservation repairs to high level window grilles and minor redecoration.

Repeat business, same team, tried-and-trusted relationships from our previous New College project ensured contractual and commercial matters (stone repairs survey/schedule/costing) were amicably negotiated and concluded early, meeting our key Customer’s high value, low risk, hit-the-ground-running, programme-certainty, cost-certainty requirements.
