Project Description

Café works comprised downtakings, new partitions, cladding/linings, flooring, redecoration, feature fit-out servery, seating and general FF&E, associated services installations and externally the formation of a new feature garden deck and stair. Existing feature finish exposed concrete columns and coffered ceiling were retained and repaired.

Ashwood’s project management success is attributed to the strategic implementation of detailed information timelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the programme. Embracing the ethos that cleanliness is paramount, especially for kitchen, servery, and public space enhancements, our approach prioritises meticulous planning and sequencing. This allows for the seamless integration of additional interior design stakeholders and the coordination of concurrent external and internal works, all while upholding the highest standards of execution.
