Project Description
EnerPHit conversion, upgrade and fit-out of redundant, no longer fit-for-purpose office space to provide new social benefit temporary housing.
The existing property is above occupied commercial shop units which remained in use and unobstructed throughout the project.
Our works comprised structural concrete repairs; refurbishment of the external façade; replacement flat roof coverings; full internal reconfiguration and new MEP services installations. We stripped the existing ineffective internal linings to the external walls and replaced them with new heavily insulated kit panels and aluminium clad triple glazing to greatly improve U-value, thermal performance, energy efficiency and overall habitability.
