Ashwood Scotland has been awarded a place on the NHS National Services Scotland Minor Works Framework with project opportunities across central and southern Scotland for NHS Borders, Fife, Forth Valley, Greater Glasgow & Clyde, Lanarkshire and Lothian.
This is a four year framework appointment, available to other public and third sector organisations, potentially extending our reach and impact even further.

Ashwood Scotland’s first City of Edinburgh Council project was completed in 2003 with framework appointments and renewals secured since for principal contractor construction works and replacement aluminium, upvc and timber windows, external doors and screens.
Our project works (over 80 of them) have included care homes, community centres, council offices and depots, libraries, nurseries, schools, transport hubs and visitor attractions.

Ashwood Scotland has been a University of Edinburgh construction frameworks principal contractor since initial award in 2016, successfully completing over 30 projects from residential estate fire door upgrades to high end fit-out projects to A-listed building conservation and restoration heritage works.
The framework has provided challenges to rise to all across the University estate and opportunties to work on some of Edinburgh’s most significant buildings.
