Ashwood Scotland was established in 1999 and is led by co-founder Managing Director David Charman and Operations Director Graeme Hadden.
From humble beginnings in a 200sq ft office in Livingston we have grown significantly.
We provide our private, public and third sector Customers with wide ranging new build construction, refurbishment, conservation, restoration and in-house specialist stonemasonry services across central and southern Scotland.
We enjoy an exemplary record delivering all manner of care, commercial, community, educational, health, heritage, industrial, leisure, office fit-out, religious and retail projects from £1,000 to £5 million value.

Our Garden Chapel extension, basement and ground floor fit out, upper floors refurbishment and extensive external fabric repairs to the existing Grade-B listed building at 23-24 George Square Edinburgh for the Dominican Order of Preachers won a 2013 RIBA National Award.
Our shell unit fast track office fit out in the existing Grade-B listed Garment Factory building at 2 Montrose Street Glasgow for Statkraft UK Limited won a 2024 British Council for Offices National Award.
